Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LOXL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LOXL3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LOXL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LOXL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, CESC, and KIRC are the cancer types where LOXL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
