LOXL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,017 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, CEP170, and FMNL3. Each is linked with LOXL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL3-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL3 versus P3H3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
