Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,069 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, COL6A3, and MSRB3. Each is linked with LOXL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL3-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL3 results are reported.
