LOXL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, P3H1, and P3H3. Each is linked with LOXL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL2-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL2 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
