Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LOXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOX, FN1, and P4HA3. Each is linked with LOXL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL2-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL2 versus LOX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
