LOXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LOXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD39, PPP1R17, and SMYD1. Each is linked with LOXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL2-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD39 grouped by LOXL2-low versus LOXL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
