LOXL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,314 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, PDLIM4, and SH3PXD2B. Each is linked with LOXL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL1 versus SERPINH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
