Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,641 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LOXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLT8D2, MXRA5, and MEIS3. Each is linked with LOXL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-LOXL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXL1 versus GLT8D2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
