LOXHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORM2, RPL5, and LOX. Each is linked with LOXHD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXHD1-to-partner and partner-to-LOXHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LOXHD1 versus ORM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
