LOXHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LOXHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LOXHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLA3, AOC2, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with LOXHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LOXHD1-to-partner and partner-to-LOXHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BOLA3 grouped by LOXHD1-low versus LOXHD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LOXHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LOXHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
