LONRF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,027 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIPK1, SPOPL, and TMF1. Each is linked with LONRF3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF3-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONRF3 versus HIPK1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
