LONRF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS16, SCP2, and ILF3. Each is linked with LONRF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF3-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONRF3 versus RPS16 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
