LONRF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Notch1, and p21. Each is linked with LONRF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF3-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by LONRF3-low versus LONRF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
