The most reproducible LONRF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, Negative regulation of osteoblast differentiation, and Cellular response to aldehyde. Each is linked with LONRF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF3-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF3 results are reported.
