Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,914 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LONRF2P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modulation by host of viral genome replication, Porphyrin-containing compound metabolic process, and Protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with LONRF2P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2P4-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Modulation by host of viral genome replication grouped by LONRF2P4-low versus LONRF2P4-high in ESCA.
