Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 692 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LONRF2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Positive regulation of lymphocyte differentiation, and Negative regulation of activated T cell proliferation. Each is linked with LONRF2P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2P3-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2P3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation grouped by LONRF2P3-low versus LONRF2P3-high in STAD.
