Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LONRF2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LONRF2P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LONRF2P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LONRF2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LONRF2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
