Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LONRF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LONRF2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LONRF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LONRF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where LONRF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
