Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LONRF2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LONRF2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LONRF2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LONRF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where LONRF2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
