LONRF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,371 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA2, RCOR3, and CRMP1. Each is linked with LONRF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2 versus LAMA2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
