Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LONRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTURN, SLC38A1, and TRAPPC13. Each is linked with LONRF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2 versus MTURN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
