LONRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Stathmin, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with LONRF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by LONRF2-low versus LONRF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
