Across TCGA cell cohorts, LONRF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,603 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Organelle transport along microtubule. Each is linked with LONRF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2 results are reported.
