LONRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LONRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 309 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRG3, CALHM4, and CBY1. Each is linked with LONRF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONRF2-to-partner and partner-to-LONRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRRG3 grouped by LONRF2-low versus LONRF2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
