Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LONP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LONP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LONP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LONP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where LONP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
