LONP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,716 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA2, THEMIS2, and ICAM3. Each is linked with LONP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONP2-to-partner and partner-to-LONP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONP2 versus DNAJA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
