Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,541 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LONP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPT2, COQ9, and ESRP2. Each is linked with LONP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONP2-to-partner and partner-to-LONP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LONP2 versus GPT2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
