LONP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUSBP16, LINC01953, and THAP12P4. Each is linked with LONP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONP2-to-partner and partner-to-LONP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUSBP16 grouped by LONP2-low versus LONP2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
