LONP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LONP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LONP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BLNK, CHAF1A_S141, and CHAF1B_S429. Each is linked with LONP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LONP1-to-partner and partner-to-LONP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LONP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LONP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
