Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LNX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LNX2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LNX2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LNX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LNX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
