LNX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,583 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, SAMSN1, and COG4. Each is linked with LNX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX2-to-partner and partner-to-LNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNX2 versus CTNNA1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
