LNX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LNX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B1, OR12D3, and CMA1. Each is linked with LNX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNX2-to-partner and partner-to-LNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B1 grouped by LNX2-low versus LNX2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
