LNPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,853 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24A, KMT2A, and PANK3. Each is linked with LNPEP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-LNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPEP versus SEC24A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
