LNPEP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,175 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, SLC29A4, and GLRX. Each is linked with LNPEP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-LNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPEP versus TNFAIP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
