LNPEP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMAN2, SLC25A46, and TMED2. Each is linked with LNPEP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-LNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPEP versus LMAN2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
