LNPEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LNPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, SHCBP1, and RNA5SP480. Each is linked with LNPEP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-LNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by LNPEP-low versus LNPEP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
