LNPEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LNPEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,038 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERAP1, PJA2, and AFF4. Each is linked with LNPEP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-LNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LNPEP versus ERAP1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
