Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LNP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LNP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LNP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LNP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where LNP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
