LNP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LNP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48 and OR6S1. Each is linked with LNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LNP1-to-partner and partner-to-LNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
