Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LNCTAM34A RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LNCTAM34A data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LNCTAM34A RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LNCTAM34A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UCEC, and LGG are the cancer types where LNCTAM34A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
