LMX1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMX1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,040 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS9, EML1, and STXBP1. Each is linked with LMX1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1B-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMX1B versus BBS9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMX1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMX1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
