Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMX1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,158 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol biosynthetic process, C21-steroid hormone biosynthetic process, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with LMX1B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1B-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1B results are reported.
