LMX1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMX1B mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,055 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMX1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTT, FLT4, and C5. Each is linked with LMX1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMX1B-to-partner and partner-to-LMX1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTT grouped by LMX1B-low versus LMX1B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMX1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMX1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
