LMTK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMTK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,156 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMTK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS8L1, SULT2B1, and HDLBP. Each is linked with LMTK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMTK3-to-partner and partner-to-LMTK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMTK3 versus EPS8L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMTK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMTK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
