Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMTK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,584 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMTK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Regulation of keratinocyte apoptotic process. Each is linked with LMTK3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMTK3-to-partner and partner-to-LMTK3 results are reported.
