Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMTK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMTK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMND1, HASPIN, and NUP88. Each is linked with LMTK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMTK3-to-partner and partner-to-LMTK3 results are reported.
