Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMTK2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LMTK2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LMTK2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMTK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where LMTK2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
