Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMTK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,870 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APTR, C1orf54, and GYPC. Each is linked with LMTK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMTK2-to-partner and partner-to-LMTK2 results are reported.
