LMOD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP6R2, TRMU, and TIMM44. Each is linked with LMOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-LMOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP6R2 grouped by LMOD2-low versus LMOD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
