LMO7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,150 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROCK2, VPS36, and NUFIP2. Each is linked with LMO7 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO7-to-partner and partner-to-LMO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LMO7 versus ROCK2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
